Okay, but EDB is the largest corporate contributor to Postgres, and one of the people pushing against the feature (Bruce Momjian) also works for EDB? The PG community is a lot of things, but I think “dominated by commercial interests” is not one of them. Disclosure: I work at EDB :) |
