$5k is the right price for Tesla FSD v12. If it is able to 'remember/recall' individual American roads from its database rather solely relying on neural nets then that would probably change the dynamics of FSD.

Because it can not meet minimum safety standards in other countries, so it is not street legal except in US, Canada, and maybe Mexico(?).
