Veterinaries (including technicians) have an absurdly high rate of suicide. They have a stressful job, constantly around death and mistreatment situations, and don’t get the respect (despite often knowing more than human doctors) or the salaries to match. Calling these jobs “cute” or saying the veterinary situation is “fortunate” borders on cruel, but I believe you were just uninformed. |
