The fine is not the punishment. The bans are the punishment. They gut the business model, likely shutting down the business entirely in short order. Making people whole is what civil lawsuits are for. Which, if I understand correctly, will be much easier with this order and findings in place. That will be some serious financial punishment on top of the ban. |
