When it comes to internal recruiting this has been mostly true at every company I've worked for or interviewed with for decades. Male representation in internal recruiting orgs is maybe 20% at best.
Probably closer to 10%. In regular bog-standard (non-outsourced-overseas) HR organizations, men are unicorns. |
