There are a lot of people that can afford to rent a house, but would not qualify for a mortgage to buy a house. If houses were not available to rent, there would be plenty of people unable to live in a house. I'm in a fortunate situation where my landlord is not a slumlord. When things need looking into, it gets taken care of in a timely manner. I do not have any issue with someone choosing to have this as a business. |
