This is something the repair shops don't want to admit. When the customer comes in, they want their laptop fixed in a few hours. If the shop doesn't have the part available, will the customer want to wait a week for it to be ordered? No, the customer would leave. The repair shops want to be able to use whatever cheap part they have on hand because it gets the customer out the door. |
