What happened to the so called CUDA "moat".

CUDA moat is still in palce for those companies who aren't Google/Meta to tape out their own AI chips and APIs.

Yes. It looks like Google and Facebook are building their internal TPU and Artemis moats, and we are left outside the CUDA moat.
