I think basically all non-PII data should be Free as in Freedom, but this is an interesting business problem. You can view it for free, if you submit 5 pricing datapoints of your own. If it was all free, I suppose they'd have to reduce whatever friction they have in authenticating data input (I'm assuming they ask to see invoices or contracts for now), and run the risk of competitors pricing eachother up or just bad data being entered. |
