Interesting timing (pun intended): apparently one of the recent Gnome updates in Ubuntu made terminal barely usable due to lagging - https://askubuntu.com/questions/1509058/input-delay-on-termi... I've noticed this myself on my main rig running Ubuntu 22.04, which never ever had any perceptible lag. Now it is so bad I was forced to switch to Alacritty. |
