My partner was diagnosed back in 2016. We went and saw totality in 2017. That day we made hopefully plans to see the one tomorrow. Here we are, 7 years later having driven half way across the country to see tomorrow's eclipse. She is still in treatment and will be forever but she's here. I will definitely make a date for the next one in 20 years. This comic hit close to home. Thank you for posting the link. |
