EE also does this by default (you can turn it off, but you have to contact them)

EDIT: or is it Three? I can never remember which company provided the last "burner" SIM I got for each trip to the UK.

It's Three that asks for credit card numbers before watching the nudes.

I actually switched to EE and they have no such restriction.
