Roku also recently disabled devices unless you "consented" to forced arb. (E.g., article from about then: https://techcrunch.com/2024/03/05/roku-disables-tvs-and-stre... ) (IANAL.) I'd like to remind Big Co's that contracts aren't valid if there isn't consideration. And continued use of my own TV isn't consideration. (And this is backed by legal precedent, too.) |
