Marketing works on me when trusted and intelligent individuals passionately suggest tooling and confidently answer my questions. Sales people that use words incorrectly and don’t have a deep understanding of the product or the problem being solved cause me to distrust the product and brand indefinitely. I’m looking at you Databricks, Datadog, and Snowflake. |
