Fellow co-founder here! We made Resubscribe to solve a pain point I had working on a previous startup. Using customer surveys, it was impossible to identify which new features we needed to be building. The survey results we received were fairly difficult to extract sentiment and prioritize. We attempted to run 1:1 user interviews with all our users, but we were running a B2C company, and it wasn't possible to use these interviews to get this feedback at scale either.

Resubscribe helps solve this problem. You can run user interview quality experiences at the scale of surveys. Resubscribe also helps you resubscribe users by making the customer an offer during the experience. Overall our focus is to help you both decrease your churn and understand the reason for churn so you can solve it long term.
