Anyone who thinks a "daily stand-up" is even sane has never been on the participation end of such a venture ... they have only ever been the PM following some Handed-Down From On-High Two Tables Of The Law they think they have to follow!

If your team does not know what you did yesterday, either you have not finished your project, or you did a bad job of telling everyone it is ready to be knocked-on!

I agree 100%, but alas; it's come down to the silly "This is what I did yesterday...this is what I plan on doing today...I am/am not bocked". It is a waste of time, hense the disdain. But if your team does do DSU in this (silly) fashion (most teams I've been on do), at least my gem is fun, and helps you remember the silly things you need to :)
