For what it's worth, although it's "traditional" for rebels to wear camouflage clothing (and although I'm not sure we're still doing the Geneva Conventions anymore), all they really need uniform-wise is a fixed sign that clearly distinguishes them, at a distance, from civilians. https://casebook.icrc.org/a_to_z/glossary/combatants |
