Most large-cap companies are preparing/bracing for a financial crisis. We keep reading about hundreds or thousands of people being let go. In such cases (remember 2008 and 2012) they will hire the absolutely necessary, and will let go those who a) are unnecessary, and b) are expensive but not needed for the next few years. But I could be wrong (I'm afraid I'm not) |
