I think it's a strong "it depends", if the script interface with data used/produced by the project, sure, seems natural.. If the script does something more system-near and the main language is not as convenient for it, then.. No. I'd hate to do with typescript what we're doing in scripts with bash.. just like I'd hate doing in bash what we do in typescript.. |
