Several hours later, then? That in Spain was a good resource on mocking the bureucracy and stereotyped laziness of the civil servants.

Here in Spain the judges literally pull/push supermarket trolleys loaded with lots of paper based archives by hand instead of using computers, because law people (not in the case of lawyers) refuse to neither use nor learn them.

And, yes, we obviously have a proper digital system, but the old farts refuse to adapt.

As a Spaniard who has lived ten years in Scandinavia and is back to Spain, I couldn't agree more. There are so many everyday examples!
