Altium is sufficiently good [1] though that for a personal license, you don't really need the yearly updates (which are mainly focused on their core business of large companies anyway). Source: bought permanent license, haven't update it. [1] for example it has a built-in field solver for diff-pair impedance, not the approximations that vary from online tool to online tool |
