Interesting point, but running towards the precipice might be just one of the solutions. To me, also an academic and considering to leave after an h index of 14 obtained in just a decade, the problem is the noise that all those shitty papers generate. Perhaps we should use AI to classify them ad noise vs valuable contribution? |
