The last I checked, I was surprised how often people recommended Thunderbird to convert between email formats. Sometimes a manual process (where the human is the glue between systems) is “best”. Good luck. Curious what others recommend.

I use Thunderbird, and one benefit of doing it all manually is that I end up intentionally deleting a lot of what I decide to be junk, which is liberating.
