Discussion: How do you reach out for projects when working idependently

Hi, I moved to working freelancing september and had a full pipeline from my network but the work seems to be stalling after May and was wondering what tips do people have.

-Some of the ideas I'm considering are fiver and upwork but this seems to be a competition for bottom prices. Ex was charging $125 an hour for the most Jr engineer work on my team and over there seems like it tops around $80 an hour. -Government contracts -> Seems like this has a lot of lead time. -> How to create a funnel from online either marketing or cold reach is completely unkwon to me and would love some input on it.
