Sounds like the name of a Centaur Character in any D&D style game.

(sorry - but I am not sure if you are making a ref I dont get but "Promethezine" is the actual name of the pharma-thingy...

no problem -- it was just a throwaway comment to the effect that "Phenibut" in reference to the other drug mentioned the parent comment sounded much more like a gay D&D centaur to my ear.
