It happens all the time in the appropriate phase of sleep. So just get as much sleep as your body is saying "HEY BITCH!" Also - you will have more beneficial sleep in fully dark, no-screens (or other magnetic objects (cell phone, under pillow, for example) near head. make sure you dont have sleep apnia (make sure you have clear deep breathing when sleeping).... |
