Are audiobooks much easier for you than physical books? (I’m just comparing notes)

Audiobooks are easier! However, I don’t retain details or turns of phrase very well.

Physical books are slower but I can quote lines and remember more details. This might have to do with the longer consumption time…

1 week for physical or 3 days for an audiobook. More time mulling over the physical text = better memories maybe

I prefer audiobooks for difficult subjects, physical books for pleasure
