Sounds like you have some deep insights on what data tiktok collects about users, how that data is given to CCP intelligence, how the CCP overcomes the controls Oracle and Tiktok USDS built, and how its recommendation engine differs substantially from the content and ad matching systems other social media sites or ad-tech companies use.
Superficial repetitions of “tiktok bad because dopamine/CCP spies/cat videos” aren’t helpful. Data and specifics are helpful. |
