Yeah, which actually makes him more dangerous to the company. Because all he needs to subpoena and unearth shit in discovery is a preponderance of evidence, not beyond a reasonable doubt. Anything found in that civil trial would be admissible evidence to any criminal charges brought by the Feds. Which, surprise! Has recently been announced to have been opened! |
