How often do you exercise? Cardio? Avoid crap food? Get consistent sleep?

I'm not trying to oversimplify matters, but I had a phase in my early 20s when I wasn't taking care of myself. Making those changes made a significant impact on my day to day mental well being.

Eating enough is also important. Sometimes I go a few days without eating enough and I feel a bit lethargic. That and hydration.
