This -- Find someone reputable and meet them 4x/week--make meetings obligatory. Have them help you with your diet and your workouts. Separately, find someone to work out with regularly. Join a class you like (e.g., boxing, yoga) that you like and keep going--be a part of a community so you'll want to go more. Good luck! |
