This is interesting! I'm curious how you accounted for the layoffs at the FAANGs? They dumped a bunch of engineers on the market and anecdotally companies seem to be filling their hiring funnels without advertising. On the 3ed page there is a plot of the funds rate to job postings that has a bunch of dots above the line until ~2.5% or so. |
