Whats wrong with seed oils? As far as i know, replacing saturated fats with polyunsaturated fats (such as found in seed oil) is only beneficial.

Seed oils generally refers to things like sunflower oil, soybean oil, safflower oil, vegetable oil, etc.

The best mass produced oils are probably olive and avocado.

It's a pretty recent (past 10 years or so?) internet phenomenon to blame a lot of stuff on them with next to zero proof.
