Rent control without outlawing AirBNB will surely just make all landlords gravitate to AirBNB... Whether you think that's "good" or "bad" it is what happens... Now, if you think that's "bad" then you should ask your government to ban AirBNB /ON TOP/ of rent controls else the whole thing just doesn't make sense... ...I'm not being pro-AirBNB or anti-AirBNB but I'm pro-logic and pro-democracy (whatever 51% want in a given city is what the government should follow...)... |
