As someone who has hired extensively, I discovered that approximately 80% of my time spent using an ATS was dedicated to reviewing CVs and rejecting applicants.
So, I created a very simple ATS that automatically rejects and pre-selects applicants based on how well their application (including responses to clarification questions) and CV match the job description.
It seems it might be against the terms of use, emphasis mine:
> You must not use any Output relating to a person for any purpose that could have a legal or material impact on that person, such as making credit, educational, employment, housing, insurance, legal, medical, or other important decisions about them.
