1. If it is a lowball offer, you won't keep respect if you accept it. Nobody respects a schmuck. 2. As a minority shareholder, everything revolves around what they are contented to give you. Facebook movie got something right - if majority want to screw u they can (depending on how much effort they are willing to spend doing so!) 3. How can you keep a good relationship with them? - e.g. I work some hours per week for free and keep on good terms with founders to retain my minority shareholding. I am an engineer type, so read above as random engineer dude advice :-) |
