The Oracle number is, I think "one off". But some of that number also appears to be "intended savings that could not be made". The savings delivery rate .. is something of a work of fiction, but if you build a new accounting system sold as being able to give greater insight and reduce costs, and it does not in fact reduce costs, or even work properly, that obliterates the hypothetical "savings" that were intended. |
