I already work 4 days a week. Friday essentially is such a slow day with no meetings that is virtually optional. Been this way in several companies in the US including at big tech companies that are not known for wlb. 25% cut sounds like a bad deal for me and good deal for employer as they’d get the same amount of work done as before. |
