Oh, come on. I'm a "product person". Fundamentally we explain the customer to the company, explain the company to the customers, and obsess over the business model. Fun, interesting challenges, sure. But the team is the DNA, vision, and culture. And any leader, regardless of background, can guide the team to aim even higher. |
