Isn't what your describing what's being changed actualy ? You currently buy an apple phone and can only buy apps from apple "dealership" This will allow you to buy apps from different "dealerships".
That does not guarantee "dealerships" which provides the behaviour you want, but it makes it possible from what I understand. |
