Apple was already discussing PWAs in their DMA compliance plan, under "dedicated browser apps and apps providing in-app browsing experiences":
https://developer.apple.com/support/dma-and-apps-in-the-eu/#... OWA says the plan was maliciously neglecting to mention the "killing" of PWAs. Hanlon's razor would require us to assume there was no malice and that there was mention because there was no such plan. |
