Happy Wednesday HackerNews! For another one of my projects, I needed a way to quickly render app screenshots / product images inside of different device form factors, specifically a Macbook and iPhone. I don't love having to fire up Photoshop/GIMP/(insert your image editing software of choice) each time, so I quickly put together this app that allows users to switch between different mobile device bezels (currently only supports the Macbook Air, iPad Pro, and iPhone 15), upload an image, and download the combined bezel+image as a single, highres PNG. It's definitely not perfect, but I've already found it as a quick way to fire off any designs I want to show folks. Some top of mind features that I'd love to get to in the future: stitch devices together side by side (e.g. show a Macbook Air, iPad, and iPhone all together), use a URL to render a realtime screenshot, among others! Please feel free to give it a shot, would appreciate any and all feedback! Have a good one! |
