I'm a fan in general too. Of course better is 'Cross-compiling Eliza to the IBM 1401 using Zig' or something, but removing a leading 'how' is a decent automatic fix.
Also you can always edit your submission and put it back to whatever you originally submitted it as (or something different if it made you realise something that should be fixed) and it doesn't re-apply these rules; i.e. in this case I would've thought No the 'how' is actually meaningful here, and put it back.
I think the actual use case is stuff like "how I cross-compiled Eliza to the IBM 1401 using Zig", where it is a little cleaner without.
