There's a BIOS option to swap the keys.

Always has been. Sure confuses other folks when they have to type something and the words on the keys are wrong though.

There is, but the key sizes are just different enough that I can't swap the caps.

You can probably easily switch keys if that's the only issue

I'm switching them in BIOS since forever so yes. Also adding stickers if it's my main computer.
