Yep, by having annual inspection of HVAC, we were able to prove due diligence. And they came next day, and replaced it in four days. Sure, it was hot but the Popular Mechanic in me made a couple of makeshift swamp coolers and we could have ride out the entire heat waves using those jerry-rigged contraptions. |
