No way. There are too many lazy customers with auto renewing subscriptions.

It is not the lazy customers that drive the merge, it is the shareholders and wall street.

There are already talks of Peacock and Paramount+ merging into one service.

Paramount was never going to be able to compete with the relatively deeper pockets of Apple/Amazon/Netflix/Disney/Comcast or even Warner Bros Discovery.
