Fair points, from other commenters as well. Being a bit too blunt here maybe. But still: starting a BV, appointing yourself, with the sole purpose of 30% tax reduction may be by the law, but it's also bending the idea of the law. So legal, but moral? It was meant for employees of proper businesses, with offices and other employees, paying taxes like we all do AND hire fine people like yourself. Not for private persons starting one person LLCs. But hey, hoop dat je blijft hangen, wat de wet ook gaat doen. |

For what it's worth I briefly had an Irish and a Dutch company but never attempted any base erosion or profit shifting!
