I agree. Everyone is focused on finding the latest hot niche. They never realise that the old boring stuff still has a lot of potential. The older a segment/market/product/service is the easier it is to innovate. People call me crazy when I tell them my first product is about email marketing. But I'm convinced that my take on it is an improvement. PG's startups we'd like to fund talks about this in an amazingly simple way. |
