Looks like Ruby on Rails... that's all I've got :-)

Yes, I've used Ruby on Rails and it is hosted on Heroku. The pdf is generated using wicked_pdf(wkhtmltopdf).

I really love looking at the poem as soon as I open up Firebug :-)
