Ah yes 9 eyes - I was thinking there were 5 and then 7 eyes (and recalled NL wasn't in the first group).

While trying to find years old news articles that mentioned some specific instances of Dutch doing "quid pro quo spying" for another countries ... So far I ran into https://www.jns.org/dutch-agency-spying-on-holocaust-survivo...
